Download the Nuale app from the App Store or Google Play, then create an account with your email address and mobile phone number. A payment method is also needed once you request a ride. Creating an Nuale account requires a valid phone number and an email address for better experience. You'll also need to create a password and agree to terms and conditions and our privacy notice. Fill in your first and last name, phone number, and preferred language. Once you complete this part of the signup process, we send a text SMS to verify your phone number. Once your profile is confirmed, you'll be able to use your app to request a ride. If you provided a valid email address, we'll send an email to confirm your account registration and profile confirmation.

There are several ways to request a Nuale ride: To request a Nuale ride, download the Nuale app create an account. Then: In your app, tap ‘Search destination’ and enter your destination Tap the correct address from the list provided Choose your Driver. You can view additional information about your Driver by clicking on it. If you’re getting message “No cars available”, please wait a couple of minutes and try to request again. Confirm or change your pickup spot and tap ‘Confirm and request’ The pickup location will automatically set to your current GPS location. To change the pickup location: Tap 'Current location' at the top of the screen Enter an address or drag the location pin to the right spot Tap 'Set pickup.' That's it!

Your ride fares are calculated based on the vehicle fuel consumption per km, distance, and service fee. The service fee helps fund things like app development, ops expenses, gateway and customer support.

When you’re ready to go, open the app and enter your destination. Then choose the ride option that best suits your needs. Confirm your pickup by tapping Confirm Pickup.

Our two-way rating system helps ensure the safety and comfort of the Nuale community. At the end of the ride, you and your passenger are prompted to rate each other on a scale of 1-5 stars, 5 being the best.
