Add your profile picture

Your profile photo is a picture of your face that every driver will see before and during the trips and orders. It’s important that this photo is clear and visible so the driver is able to identify that you are the correct rider or delivery sender. The app will prompt you to take your profile photo. A good profile photo should have the following elements: - No hats or sunglasses (eyeglasses and religious garments are accepted) - Full face and top of shoulders - Good lighting - Not blurry - Only one person in the picture - Face is centered in the frame If you are able, we also recommend smiling and using a solid background.

Add your email address

All special deals, new launches and interesting updates – add your email address to your NUALE account to get the latest news first. This is not mandatory, but highly recommended.

Add your identity card

At Nuale, safety is a top priority. We require that users submit documents or other information confirming their identity, and we verify that those match the identity reported by those users. We do this to help keep our users safe, and to help prevent others from using your account. When you take this ID photo and Profile picture in the app, it is then reviewed by us.
