Explanation of the Right to Erasure (in accordance with the GDPR)

The Right to Erasure entails "the entitlement extended to any individual subject to the processing of their personal data, allowing them to petition for the removal and/or delinking of said data, especially when the data controller is a search engine."

Clarification of the Nuale Right to Erasure Procedure:

Anonymization of Data (including but not limited to Name, First Name, Phone, Email).
Deletion of Data (including but not limited to Vehicles, Trusted Contacts, Saved Places).
Removal of Documents.
User Account Deactivation.

Nuale Procedure:

Initiate a request to exercise the Right to Erasure by forwarding an email to the designated address supportrider@nuale.net or supportdriver@nuale.net.
